It’s Like Christmas – Slater Bradley works arrive

Exciting day at the gallery. Slater Bradley’s new paintings have arrived, and I’ve spent the day unpacking three new triptychs, a diptych and two massive paintings. Quite a departure for Slater, this is his first show solely of paintings. They’re remarkable, by turns graphic and painterly, and flashes of palladium leaf really animate the surfaces.

The show opens next week, 9th June. I’ll have to get a shift on.
